At the very least, I think you will need a new oven thermostat and possibly an overheat one as well. On the 720 there are two, one for each oven, so when you take the oven to bits, check both out.
My oven seems to turn off but the fan keeps working! Takes about 1hr for the fan to turn off after l have turned oven off. Is this normal? Im quite concerned. Will be calling help line monday morning......

The problem is due to a faulty door switch, this is part of the door lock mechanism. The reason is that the oven thinks the door is open , this puts on the light and stops some of the oven functions ie the fan the fan element and probably the bottom element. The answer is to fit a new door lock mechanism.
Has anyone done any repairs to the oven lately? It sounds like it's working in reverse. The fan is supposed to come on about 10 minutes after the oven is turned on. The reason I ask this question is if someone did work on it they could have wired the fan relay wrong. If not you have a problem with the oven fan relay. They occasionally short and it wll cause them to run the opposite way they are supposed to.
