SOURCE: memory error 100000
This indicates that the Black Cartridge has a memory chip error or is missing. You will need to remove the cartridge and make sure there is no protective covering over the chip area orf the cartridge and then reinstall it. If the issue persists then try using a new cartridge and if it still persists you will need to call a service engineer or take the unit to a repair shop.

Turn off the printer.
Disconnect the printer and unplug it from power.Do the same with the PC.
Reconnect them after a while.
Turn the printer on and start the PC.

This can be caused by a few problems.
1. dust in printer: get blower an blow the printer out.
2. Paper stuck somewhere in printer: look as error and where paper jam is in and inspect that part of the printer
3. faulty sensor: replace sensor

Possible problems are
1- there is a paper that has not been removed and is sitting on a sensor. ( most likely the fuseropen and loofrom both sides of where the paper is supposed to came out
2-fuser is gone and needs to be replaced
if there are no paper jams, then the most likely thing is the fuser ( where it come out) is not turning on and getting HOT)
replace fuser ( not for the novice) scale of 1-10 this is a 7-8
