Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I need information on a discontinued Rolodex product called The Electrodex Plus 64 It's an electronic
business organizer and I'm trying to locate a repair or service manual
for it. I located the instruction manual on the Franklin site, but need
a service manual. Or someone to tell me how to remove the underside of
I also have 3 or 4 of the 128's and they all have a problem with the screen loosing some of its lines. It makes it hard to read but it still works fine other then that. I took mine apart and poked around but found nothing that pointed to any problem. I suspect it is a chip problem. Too bad too because I really like these machines. Right now I am bidding on one on ebay and they keep getting priceyer.

Good luck on fixing your Electrodex. I have three of them and all have problems mostly due to keys that no longer respond. I was able to open mine up fairly easily by removing the single screw on the bottom. Judging by the date on your letter, you have probably resolved your problems one way or another by this time. I found that the button contacts basically disintegrated and were beyond repair. If you have a solution and a fix, would appreciate hearing from you.
