I had the same issue yesterday and then again today. I called customer service and they advised me to keep my phone on and remove the battery. Replace the battery and keep the phone off for about 5-10 seconds and then turn it back on. This seemed to fix my problem. Customer service said this resets the phone. Sucks if you have to do it more than once though. So far it has worked. Hope this helps

You can put your cell phone # in and press the green button and it will call and tell you all of this stuff you can do with it. You will know when you get there, it's pretty easy from there on.
