Hi there.
Most recipies suggest 350 degrees for a pork loiin, approx 25-30 mins per pound. Once you are near the end of the cooking time check the center of the roast with a meat thermometer. It should read 170-180 degrees to make sure it's thoughly cooked.
And don't forget to let it rest, covered for about 15 mins before slicing so the juices re-distribute.

We are smoking a pork roast for a couple hours in a smoker to get that flavor through. Has any one done this and then let it finish in a slow cooker


I have smoked pork roasts and shoulders for years. Even a small rear end (real word is profane on Fixya) roast needs about 6 hours at 180 degrees to get the smoke flavor deep into the meat. I typically smoke a small roast 10 hours. As for less smoking, and finishing in a slow cooker, this will work and is more convenient, but you sacrifice the amount of smokey taste. I have switched to electric smokers, as it reduces the work dramatically (not the time - just the labor). Good ones are thermostatically controlled.

I want to roast 2 picnic shoulder pork roasts at the same time. Will it take longer than roasting 1?


you need to put a thermometer in both and make sure the center is at a temp of 190 degrees to be done inside

I have a beef eater signature series 3 burner please advise instuctions for roasting pork


Depends on what your cooking.A roast of pork,I would brine for 3-6 hrs before hand,then use 2 burners for indirect.To get a better idea try one of these sites.Your making me hungry thinking of this :}
