a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I seen the same thing when I first opened mine except my "center" speaker wan't working. It had to do with the "Mode" it was in. The Mode button at the botoom of the remote changes the speaker configuration.
There is also an option in the setup that allows you to turn on/off speakers for the system, all of mine were either Present or Small which enables them to work.

SOURCE: my samsung HT-TZ512 home theater
Do what I do for every piece of electronic equipment I own, especially remote controls. Go to the manufacturer's Website and the go to support and download the user manual in PDF format and save it to your MY Documents file or whereever.

You should remove the wireless module from the power plug, wait for maybe 10-15s and then plug it on again. This should be done with the DVD on. You will see that as soon as you plug it back, it will connect again to the DVD.

1. Connect the front left,
front right, center, and sub woofer speakers to the back of the home theater
2. With the home theater system off, insert the TX card into the TX Card connection (WIRELESS) on the back of the home theater.
Important: Make sure to insert the TX card with the slanted portion of the card facing left.
3. Connect the rear left and the rear right speakers to the back of the SWA-3000.
4. Plug the power cord of the SWA-3000 into an electrical wall outlet, and then switch the power switch on the back of the SWA-3000 to [ON]
Hope this helps!
