Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I'm trying to print a photo from my iPhone 4S (iOS 7) via a Huawei Mobile Wifi (powered from electric mains, not USB) to a HP Envy 5532 printer. On the iPhone I can select the printer and the photo seems to transmit, but about 30 seconds later I get a "Printer is offline" message. Conversely I can send the photo by email to the same printer and it prints. Hence the router-to-printer comms appears to be working. Any ideas?

You have to push in the photo tray~. Push until you hear it click...then it will print from the print tray and in turn, you will be able to print photos unto your glossy photo paper instead of the letter size paper.

You have to go into your print settings of the application in use and select "Paper Type/Quality", then from the drop down menu you will see "Source" as an option, from there select "PHOTO TRAY".
