If you are attempting to say, Reset, then look in the SB700 manual page b22. There it describes resetting the custom functions.

To reset your Nikon Speedlight SB-600 you need to press Mode + ON/OFF, both buttons simultaneously for approximately 2 seconds to reset all settings, including the custom settings (except the distance unit selected in m/ft) to their default values.
