Factory fitted radio/music players need a code to unlock this device when the battery is disconnected or removed from the motor vehicle. This is an anti-theft method of protecting audio devices in motor vehicles.
The reactivation code is in the your motor vehicle user manual. If you have lost this manual to nee to contact the service department where the vehicle was purchased and they will give you the code to activate your radio again.
