Question about Sony NWZ-E436F MP3 Player
Everything on the player works until i try to connect it to my computer, it charges up ok but gets frozen on the "connecting" screen, have tried reinstalling all softwear and resetting, still no joy, dont really want to try formatting yet as ill be left with no music and no way to sync anything onto the player, any suggestions?
Hey! We've had a similar dilemma, and we solved it by connecting walkman to computer, then going into 'device manager' uninstalling the walkman, then remove it from usb port and re-connect it.
The computer will then 'recognize new hardware' and automatically re-install the walkman. Good as new!
Hope this helps!

No my friend, first of all get the PC suite of your player and copy all things to your PC. You will have to format it since your device has incured a virus alert. You will have to format it, there is no other way.
