yes..u can transfer any files on both l6 and l6i motorolla...all u nid is to have the driver called motorola phone tools version 4.1 or something...like the one i have...
do a master reset on the phone to correct that issue...if that does not help, take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reflash the phone's firmware.
