How do I scan channel on my insignia roku tv

This step may could depend on the model of your Insignia TV. The following applies to the Insignia 39" NS-39DR510NA17 . For the first time setup, press the Home button on the Roku remote and select the Antenna TV icon. Use the on-screen prompts to scan for channels.

For subsequent scans, press the Home button on the remote. Select the Settings icon. Navigate to Settings > TV Inputs > Antenna > Scan Again for channels. Select Start finding channels and use the on-screen prompts.

To watch TV, you can use the Antenna TV icon. Alternatively, change the TV source to Antenna TV from the TV Input list. Press the Back button on the Roku remote while watching any TV input (including the TV). You can also use the TV's Power/Input button. With the TV on, quickly press and release the Power button to see the Input list. Press and release the Power button as needed to navigate between available inputs.

The manual for the NS-39DR510NA17 is available on the product support page: https://www.insigniaproducts.com/pdp/NS-39DR510NA17/4863802 . Insignia tv channel scan duplicate channels

the set should have in the menu a way to manually add or delete channels, consult the owner manual and or look for that feature in the sets menu.

I have a Visco 32"

Have you used this TV before or have you move it to a different source? I sounds as if it is trying to scan for channels as it states in the manual. If you have the manual check out page 14 Memorizing the Channels. If you don't then download it from: http://www.retrevo.com/support/Insignia-IS-LCDTV32-TVs-manual/id/8223ag521/t/2/

Good luck

Hi there. I'm getting a "Please run channel auto scan" message on my Insignia flat screen. Please advise.

I am assuming this is your first digital television. Unlike the old analog television digital televisions
must have the channels scanned into the set. This what you have to do.
> Connect the signal source to the back. Antenna/Cable/Satellite.
(You may have already done the above step.)
> Go into the menu for the signal input source and set it to what was set on the back of the set.
> Click on scan or channel or whatever it's called and wait for it to search for available channels.
> Save the channels found.
You may exit menu and watch television.

The owner's manual gives this and more information.
