I Googled Diplomat Fridge light bulb and came up with this: Copy www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-yyPGlRoZ0. Go down the page until you come to a video called "How to replace a fridge light bulb". It is there, you have to look.
The no frost fridge has a compartment that collects the water while it keeps defrosting on a time cycle. I presume that the tray is clogged and full. you will need to access the rear to see to this. Also try to reduce the cooling on the thermostat, reduce the times you are keeping the door open. all of his will only create more frost into the coils to be defrosted. Please also see that the cooling/blowing fans in the freezer are not blocked, allow space for the air flow. Helpful I guess. Good day
