SOURCE: I need a manual

Hi Bob,

I recommend trying

http://www.breadmakerguru.com/

They have a very good selection, and there's a Chefmate link that leads to a page with a manual as well as spare parts specific to the model you listed above. I'd recommend seriously considering any wear-items/parts, as they wear out in inverse proportion to their availability - - see also Murphy's Law).

If I can be of further assistance, or if you have questions about any of my response(s), please let me know before rating me.

If this solves the issue, please rate it accordingly. My goal is to earn a "FixYa" rating from everyone I help.

Thanks for using Fixya.com,

Jon

ISO: Chefmate Bakery Oven Model #CM725 (Breadmachine) Manual By, MK Seiko Co. Ltd. Help? Thanks in advance

A private individual scanned and graciously uploaded this rare manual. Lots of people look for it.
Chefmate CM725 Bread Dough Maker wl pdf Also if you are looking for the owner's manual of your bread maker to see how to layer ingredients but can't find one, get in touch with King Arthur Flour (www.kingarthurflour.com) or call them on their hotline (1.802.649.3717). They can tell you how to treat the ingredients so you can get a good loaf of bread.
The one ingredient the website did not talk about was gluten. I called King Arthur Flour, and they said it is treated like flour (put on top away from water) and it is okay to put next to yeast when you are layering ingredients. If this is helpful, please mark it as such. You're welcome!

I have a Chefmate bread machine with no manual and need to know the order of ingredients. Liquids first then flour and then yeast on top?

Hi,
We had one for a long time!
First all the dry stuff, then the liqued on top.
Just bought a new one, and believe me!
First the water, the milk, the oil, then the Flower, sdugar salt & yeast!.
Both bake perfect!
So I really do not think it matters!

I haven't made bread in my breadmachine for many years. I can remember which ingredients go in the machine first. Dry or liquid?

As long as you are making bread after you put the ingredients in it doesn't make any difference. In general I usually put the yeast in last. If you are using the delay timer then you MUST always put the yeast in last so it doesn't touch the liquid. Do you need an operators manual? I have some.

How to operate breadman breadmachine -- I lost my user's manuel and I don't remember the order in which ingredients are to be added.

I don't want to pay money to solve this problem. Afterall, I've used the machine before, I just don't remember the order in which the ingredients are to be added. But since there are only 3 major ingredients (and I know the flour goes in first), I'll just experiment with the remaining two until I figure it out!

Bread Pan won't release...

I was given an old chefmate thats not even made anymore and loved it. I was confined to only making a basic white bread from it though being I had no manuel and couldnt find one on line to use the other settings.

As I said, the chefmate was old and finally gave up the ghost.

I shoped here on amazon com as I always do to look for a new breadmachine, and also see the reviews of other amazon com users to help. I had it narrowed down to 3 differant machines. THen I found this machine. Breadman TR8752

I bought it directly from amazon which got to me in a lightening speed of 2 days. Perfectly boxed and protected.

This thing is a beauty. I put it through the one time recommended rapid cycle empty to burn off all manufacturing oils and couldnt wait.

When that was done I made the first loaf which was a basic white loaf to start with, from the recipe book included.

All I can say is WOW. This bread came out so soft and fluffy. Tasted so good. The digital controls make it easy to read and see exactly what cycle your bread is going through.

Very easy to clean after your done I should add. The window at the top really helps so you can see it knead or bake.

As I said, I am new to breadmachines so I am only judging from my old chefmate, which was nice, dont get me wrong, but the kneading cycle in this Breadman was absolutly incredible. I kneads the dough extremely thoroughly. Mixing everything perfectly.

I have just gone shopping and picked up ingrediants as so I can now go down the list making each recipe in this book. Tonight will have Italian herb.

I can't wait to give the jam's doughs and pasta settings a try, which there are recipes for these too in the booklet. I also can't wait to try out the timer. Put in my ingrediants the night before and have set to be finished by the time I wake up. It looks extremely easy to set. And the book walks you through everything so easily.

I find the machine is nice and quiet, and actually very sturdy when in kneading and mixing mode. Also I would like to note, although it is in a beautiful stainless body, it dosn't get hot at all. It is very well insulated. But inside does so you definatly want oven mits when taking out a new loaf. This just shows me that is was very well designed and put together. Alot of thought was definatly put into this by the company.

Since practically all bread machines work the same simple way, you don't need the manual if you read the excellent instructions at the following website. The following website tells you how to operate a bread machine, even if you don't have the manual. It also includes great recipes (and you can easily find many more recipes online). Using the following website, I was EASILY able to figure out how to use my Chefmate 725k bread machine even though I didn't have a manual.
http://hillbillyhousewife.com/breadmachinemanual.htm

By the way, the Chefmate 725k holds 16 cups of water which means that it should be able to make a 2.5 lb loaf of bread (though I've never tried to make a loaf that big). If I'm making one loaf of bread, baked in the machine, I'll generally make a 1.5lb loaf. But more often than not, I just use the bread machine to knead and raise 2 lbs of dough. Then I remove the dough (with rubber spatula) cut it into two equal parts, and then put the two pieces of dough into separate 5" x 8" x 2.5" bread pans (if I want a traditional shaped rectangular loaf of bread) or on a cookie sheets in round or oval shapes. I don't really care for the shape & style of bread that is baked in a bread machines.

Yes. I have tried several mixes & all have come out just great. The box usually has instructions on the order to put your ingredients in (so follow that). Yeast first, then mix, then liquids on top. I've even set mine up for delayed baking & they came out well too. Good luck!
