Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Its an article entitled "Remote/Control pod faulty" Worth a read, could resolve your problem.

If not, then have a look at their "Store" by clicking on the tab at the top, if still no help, then try their "Contact Us" tab, ask them where or how to get a replacement.

try replacing the audio output cable that feeds the speakers. the computer reads it plugged in by breaking the circuit when its empty. check the entire length of the cord for cuts and breaks, and check the plug ends. best test is using a multimeter and checking each section of the plugs for continuity.

The Sub-woofer provides nearly all the base for this particular setup.
On the back .......usually.......but somewhere .........you will have an adjustment
knob or switch.......usually a knob......... turn it up a lil' bit, until you achieve your desired sound settings..........

Also, go into the volume meno of your desktop (windows desktop)
and adjust the settings there....as well as any software your are using to listen to your media, since that will override the default/windows settings during playback.

I hope that helps.

Yes you can connect your speaker as a part of your Samsung TV. All of you have to do is to find any available jack for output on your TV, then plugin the the speaker connector pin in the jack.
