Did you drop it?, most likely this occurs of people drop their cameras and the inside connection dislocates. simple solution is to take it apart and fix any loose connection on the lcd and put it bak together. if that doesn't solve it, order a new lcd for it, unless if it's lesss of a hastle getting a new camera

Remove dust ccd ixus 75

Do these "stains" only appear on flash pics? Are they always in different places on each pic? If so, these are dust particles reflecting the flash back to the lens.

I dropped my IXUS 70. Display screen has black section.

You have a bad CCD. The CCD is like film, it is what the light hits that actually convert an image to a picture. This is a repair as a rule that is more costly than what your camera may be worth.

This sounds like it might be a defective CCD imager. If so, Canon should fix this for you for free, including free shipping both ways. This is regardless of your camera's warranty status. Please check the following two links for more info:

When I turn my canon ixus 75 on I see a black sreen is all the camera functions. Viewing the already taken pictures I can see them all. When I take a picture it shows in view mode a balck picture. I guess...

No, if your camera is an Ixus 75, it's more likely that you're experiencing a stuck shutter. A stuck shutter is another common failure mode for digital cameras. The symptoms of a stuck or "sticky" shutter are very similar to CCD image sensor failure. The camera may take black pictures (for shutter stuck closed), or the pictures may be very bright and overexposed, especially when taken outdoors (for shutter stuck open).

To confirm a stuck shutter, put the camera in any mode other than "Auto", and turn the flash OFF (you don't want to blind yourself for the next step). Next look down the lens and take a picture. You should see a tiny flicker in the center of the lens as the shutter opens and closes. If no movement is seen, then you likely have a stuck shutter. If so, please see the following for further info and a simple fix that may help:

Battery display on canon ixus 75

Its same for everyone. You can only see the battery when its about to run out. IN that case a red flashing icon appears on the upper right corner of the screen otherwise there is no indicator for ixus 75.
