Blue screens mean that a vital system program went bad and also a way a pc saves itself from complete meltdown. The best option is to reinstall the recovery disc or a fresh install of you windows operating system

- There's another way, if you can start your pc and as soon as you see F2 and F12 at the right top corner press F8 this will lead you to a screen scroll down till you get to Last Good Configuration" click that and voila. Thats hoping you allowed your pc to create a restore point. Good Luck =)

hey, I have Acer Aspire 5720, and I had it a year, just had to do the wipe system clean and restore to factory defalult. So far all is working except the install erecovery solution is stuck on 12/13. I have restarted and also looked in task manager etc but its not shifting it!
