He suggested me that I have to reinstall XP. I tried for same but now I am facing Problem: When I am booting with XP, CD (which I got when I got Note book) my note book dedicate it but there is no option of installation. Of course, I am getting Blue screen but there is no other options from there I can reinstall XP.

Please see this link. What you want to do is called a repair install of xp, in order to save your data and files from the hard drive. Here is a link to instructions for doing that. If possible, you should create a slipstream sp3 cd to update the installation so you won't have to add years worth of service packs. See link here.
If you want to investigate the stop error codes you are getting now with the bluescreen please see this link.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

There is a way to speed it up by adjusting the diagnostics test. You have to go into the BIOS to adjust it.

Hangs up : Variable

i would maybe look at any devices you have connected as the hanging may well be a corrupt driver or faulty hardware, but as always a process of illimination is required. i would suspect either a processor overheating or motherboard problem, as you have changed the ram and you mention that under load it happens frequently.
