You don't have to. So long as you don't use or have the other phone turned on you won't have a problem. To delete a device you have to go to your Bluetooth icon and check your paired it and delete. Also...if you can't get it to pair. Codes is 0000 or the last four digits of your phone number. Make sure the headset is in "Pairing mode" which is when the blue light stays lit. And you do that by holding the call button. Or call button and both volume buttons. If its a flip out headset then hold the call button and flip open until the light stays lit. Good luck. Rate plz.

You don't need to unpair it. Turn off the headset. Hold the power/call button to make it discoverable. Add it from your new phone. It usually uses pin 0000 or 1234.

Good luck!

Unfortunately, you will have to delete it and then pair it up again. It may be the only way to make the static go away.

Good luck from Headsets Direct - 800-914-7996.

Reset blackberry bluetooth

Correct me if I am wrong, but there is no way to reset the bluetooth profile, unless you do a clean factory reset.
if you are having problem with a connected device and you want to reconnect with a new profile, just unpair the 2 device and re-pair

Bluetooth Manual BCK-218 Satzuma, I can't find my manual! help, where can I find a version to download? I don't have the code previously used and I have a new iphone I can't hook up to it

You could find it via-internet. You should follow Google, ask "BCK-218 Satzuma guidebook manual" and open first two links. I do not remember the website but you will easily get this.

Its not pairing, i previously paired it with 2 phones successfully, now i have 2 new phones and i need to unpaired it from the 2 previous phones so that i can pair it with the new phones

To reset the Z9i to factory settings; while in idle mode (not
connected to any device), Click Volume , Volume and MFB together (3 buttons). The Z9i will refresh its
memory, delete all current pairing information and automatically go into Pairing mode (LED will fl ash Blue) ready to pair
with a new device.

I was paired to one phone, now I need to "unpair" because that's what Verizon told me to do, the phone pairs, but won't connect.

No such thing as unpairing, remember that not all bluetooth devices are compatible. A complete list of phones that are compatible are located on motorola's website, under consumer products, bluetooth. BTW, if you don't know the pin to pair the devices is 0000

Unpairing bluetooth headset without mobile???

You may be having compatibility issue instead of what you suspect may be wrong with both your phone and the Bluetooth headset your friend gave you.

Well, there is no such thing as a Bluetooth headset being permanently locked in to a phone.

As long as there is an open 'visible' Bluetooth connection option and there are devices in range ready to pair, the process to pair starts.

Whenever there are incompatibility issues, pairing two devices using Bluetooth becomes a hassle.
