LF means long fill. Firstly, check the screen on the water inlet if there is any debris, clean it out, reset the unit and try to hear if there is any humming sound. Sometime the inlet valve causes this issue.

These models actually don't have a filter so the best way to clean it would be by choosing a cycle which allows th most water to fill up the tub , hot water preferably and add some powdered diswasher detergent.To remove your agitator you will have to pull off the top portion and inside the agitator there is a hailf inch bolt to unscrew and the rest will come off.

Your washer water valve inlet screens may be dirty / covered with debris and need cleaned. Some hoses have additional screens installed at the faucett connection depending on who did the install process. Low water pressure will also cause this code.

most likely problem is to low of cold water pressure. if you set it to cold/cold, and the water coming in doesn't have much pressure, the screen on the cold water valve could be plugged. turn the water off to the washer, remove the water hoses from the washer inlet valve in the back of the washer. look in the inlet valve, there is a screen. if it has sand and debris, clean the screen, hook hoses back up, and check the pressure on cold again. if it has more pressure, this should allow water into the softener reservoir. Also- make sure you take the softener reservoir out, and clean both pieces. make sure the syphon holes are clear. hope this helps. shane

Clean inlet filters for water supply hoses coming into back of washer. There two small screens on the inlet fittings, "back of washer" that must be removed and cleaned once yearly.

ALL WASHERS COME WITH SCREENS AT THE
WATER CONNECTIONS.DISCONNECT THE HOSES AFTER TURNING OFF THE WATER.THEN,CHECK THE SCREENS FOR MINERAL BUILDUP.CLEAN THE SCREENS IF

From what you have said, you may have a bad solenoid in your water fill valve. it's the rubber piece under the debris screen. if you can get that out and replace it, you'll be golden.

check the hoses to make sure that there is water running through them then clean the screens in the inlet valve of the washer if neither one works replace your inlet valve

the only screens you can clean are located in the throat of the water inlet valve which can be acess from removing the water hoses, dont know where or what screens you could possibly get to be lifting hte top
