The top and bottom threads won't connect, to make a stitch.

Replace the needle with a brand new "Schmetz" needle..

If it still won't pick up the bottom thread, take it in for service.

Machine not picking up a zig zag stitch

it's possible that the cam that makes the zigzag stitch could be worn or damaged, it would probably be a good idea to have the machine checked.

I have kanmore sewing machine its not stiches at all one time noise & stop stiches thered not pick up for bobin its not come out.

Wow. If I understand your attempt at English. Your machine made a noise and now won't sew or pick up the bobbin thread.

First change your needle and make sure it's full inserted and correctly oriented in the needle bar. Do a test stitch on scrap fabric.

If you still have problems.. check the timing. The shuttle hook should just be starting to pass the needle scarf when the needle is at the lowest point of travel.

I hope that helps you. Good luck.

Blind hemmer

First get a new quality needle of the right size for your machine use a good quality hemming thread and check your tensions. If this fails to fix the problem you will probably have to have the timing checked.
