For the the initial filling of the tub, the pump is not involved. The rinse cycle is also done with fresh water supplied by the inlet valve, although the water pump may be running simultaneously to remove the water while it is being added. Try removing front (or top) cover and find the water pump. It will have connecting hoses clamped to it. Check the hoses for blockages first. Then check the pump for any objects inside or broken impeller blades. If impeller is broken, replace it only if possible --- if not, you'll need to purchase a new pump. Hope this helped.

all you need to do is clean the filter. you can get to it by unscrewing the front screws at the bottom to remove the bottom panel. Unscrew the filter but be ready to have something to catch the water overflow. Coins did it for us. There was not much lint. Hope this helps.

I had this same problem. I found a repair manual online and found out how to get into Service Test Mode. There is a test (t12) for the dispenser motor/mechanise. Running this test basically just runs water through each of the dispenser compartments (prewash, wash, bleach, fabric softner). All ran fine - no error codes. I continued to run the test on the fabric softner dispenser repeatedly and after 5-10 cycles it started draining properly. I think a tube (or valve or opening) was just clogged with the built up softner. I also put some vinegar in the compartment a time or two just to clean out any residue. Be careful with the Service Test Mode - read directions carefully - the manual warns that if you don't get out of it corretly that it can lock up you washer.

The control knob simply pulls off. I just looked at the other side of one..The knob connects to the main control board. To gain access you must remove the top of the washer. There will be screws at the rear of the machine to remove the top. Once removed, the control panel will be exposed for easy removal. Good Luck, Eric
