The dryer turns on but isn't warming up so clothes are not drying.

Look for goop on the dryer sensing bars. get some windex and clean them . The moisture sensing bars send back resistance readings to the control. No moisture sensed and the control thank they ain't no wetness in them clothes, it goes for cooldown and shuts down with wet clothes.
thats one scenaio. if that don't fix it we will go to the next step. let me know

Believed over loaded with clothes now will not start

First thing you need to cheak is the breaker on your house panel. At times it may kick out on 1 side it should be a double 30 amp.you should be getting 220volt If not that then you may want to cheak if your door switch is working. If not door switch then you may have a burnt out thermal fuse located on the blower housing rear of the dryer on the bottom left side .There are 2 small blue wires going to it.Try bypassing the thrmal fuse by connecting wires and taping them together then run the dryer. Hope i helped:)

Kenmore 90 series gas dryer, NO HEAT!!!

Hi, if you get no glow on the ignitor and you have voltage its the little white two terminal fuse on the exhaust side that has no continuity on the series 80 it has 2 blue wires, these complete the circuit for both gas valves and the ignitor. If you have an ohm meter it you will find it rite away. Hope this helps.

Dryer does not dry clothes

On the top of the heater box there is a thermal fuse that blows if the dryer overheats, on this model it could occur if the air circulation fan is faulty, or the condenser valve is faulty, alternatively the sump hose filter may be blocked, only a closer inspection of these items will determin which the problem is.
