It is a good idea to buy two good quality stainless steel thermometers and put one inside the refrigerator and one in the freezer. Any good restaurant supply store will have them. This gives you a better idea of how the temperatures in each compartments are being cooled.

The condensate drain begins inside the freezer compartment behind the back panel and at the bottom of the evaporator coils. Every time the refrigerator defrost (about 3 times a day) the water needs to flow out the bottom of that pan in the freezer and into a plastic drain pipe to the bottom of the refrigerator into a pan on top of the compressor or side of compressor. Sometimes the drain is blocked inside freezer and there is a buildup of ice. But sometimes it is blocked near the opening that leads out of the fresh food compartment and then down to compressor tray/pan. If the blockage is near that exit then you will see a trail of water running down the back of the fresh food compartment and settle in bottom. The only solution is to slowly and carefully remove the drain pipe from the back and inside of refrigerator and clean it out. Let me know how you are doing on this and I will be here to help,Thanks Sea Breeze

I have a water leak inside of my maytag fridge and it leaks out onto the floor from the inside. What is the couse of this problem?

Have you checked to see if your condensation tray is too full? The tray will be located at the bottom of the fridge and should slide out easily.

Why is water is pooling at bottom of the fridge

WATER LEAKING FROM REFRIGERATOR OR INSIDE THE FREEZER OR FRESH FOOD SECTION
You have a blockage in your condensate defrost line or the pipe that fill the tray below the refrigerator is missing the condensate collector pan that uses the heat from the fan to evaporate the condensate back into the air inside your home.

There seems to be something leaking from the front bottom of the refridgerator, can it be feron, is it dangeours

freon is a gas at room tempurature. if the fridge is working, then it is probably water condensation. If the fridge is not working, it could be the oil inside the compressor.

Refridge leaking water inside it...

Should be a little drain hole in the bottom rear of the fridge. Use a pipe cleaner or somthing similar cos it,s probably blocked. Quite a common problem.

Water in refridgerator interior

sounds to me that your drain line in the back of the refrigerator is clogged up. Take a wire and around 2 gallons of hot water and clear it real good.

Puddles of water in Fridge

you may want to check your door seal, air leaking thru the door seal causes condesation, also make sure that the drain tube is clear under the defrost element in your freezer.

Refridgerator

Unless your fridge has a water supply connected to i.e for an ice maker,t about the only place the water could be coming from the condensate waste pipe.

Inside most fridges near the evaporator (the cold part) is a drain hole so that any condensate can drain out. This flows thru a tube to the back of the fridge. Normally this tube will feed into a tray and will evaporate away naturally.

You could have a look at the back of the fridge to see if this is happening.
