SOURCE: how do i download window suite?
I would not recommend using MSN explorer, it has a lot of hidden bugs in it!!..I would recommend FireFox, and set your homepage to MSN, to see if you still have the same issues when you access it.

You need to provide more info. Please tell us what version of IE you are using. Have you cleaned out your PC via a Malware removal program? You may be infected and have malicious active X scripts running.
Install all the updates for IE. Remove add ons and untrusted Active X scripts that you have installed. Install the proper add ons from the official provider websites (Adobe, Microsoft, etc). At times, sites want to install old versions of these add ons that are no longer compatable with your version of IE or they install improperly.
Or you could switch to Mozilla Firefox. More secure, has cool add ons and you can import your IE favorites on install. You really only need IE for Windows updates....and thats only for XP or older OS's.
