The best way to do this is to be very patient. find the station you want to preset and simply touch and hold the number you want to save it at on the touch screen. the station will pause for a split second and then you will see it on the display of the presets

SOURCE: Recently purchased car has Clarion RDB365 radio/cd player. We figured out how to set the clock, but need to know how to set radio stations. It's a multi-band radio, so the only part that's intuitively

try geting on the station that you want to preset and hold down the buttons at the bottom usually 1-6

The reason you are loosing all of your presets, clock & eq settings is because the 12volt constant is not hooked up properly. The red wire in the harness needs to be hooked up to 12 volt consant. The yellow wire needs to be hooked up to a ignition source. By taking these two steps, you should have normal operation and preset retention.

There are 6 preset position available for each radio band.
For programming, Radio must be ON. Tune to a station. Press MEMO/DEMO. Press any button 1 to 6. The tuned station will be memorised on the number you select by button press. Repeat using a new station and preset number. There is no atu preset option available with this device. You have to store stations you want according to your preference. Only 6 station positions for each band [total 12 positions] together with AM and FM bands.
To recall the stored stations, press the desired number 1 to 6.

How do you auto preset radio stations?

[1] Press RADIO BAND.AUTO PRESET until the band you want appears on the display [direct power ON]. Each time you press the button the indication changes as follows. "FM" => "AM"
[2] Hold down TUNE+ or --ve until the frequency digits begin to change in the display.
The player automatically scans the radio frequencies and stops when it finda a clear station. If you can't tune in a station, press the button repeatedly to change the frequency step by step.
If FM band is noisy, press the MODE repeteadly until "MONO" appears in the display and the radio will play it monatural. If FM radio signal at your area is very weak, this type of noise may occur. OK.

How do you set stations and clock

for each band; FM1, FM2 and AM).

• If you store a station in a preset memory which already has a station,

the current station will be cleared and replaced with the new station.

• Press in the outer ring and rotate the Double Action encoder to the

left or right on the Preset screen, you can switch the Preset screen of

another band.

How to preset stations

Hold down the numbered keys to set a preset. Just press them when you want to go to that station. Holding "1" sets preset 1. You can also change your band to have 10 presets on band A, B, C (some radios have more bands).

3 Press DSPL/ENT/MEM. The stations are stored in the memory from the lower frequencies to the higher ones.

you need to preset a station manually.
1 press RADIO BAND. AUTO PRESET to select the band.
2 tune int he station you want.
3 hold down DSPL/ENT/MEM. for 2 seconds until the preset number flashes in the display.
4 press PRESET + or - until the preset number you watn for the station flashes in the display.
5 press DSPL/ENT/MEM. The new station replaces any old one.

TIP the preset radio stations remain in memory even when all power is disconnected.

Six stations for each band can be stored. 1 Press LIST.
Preset screen is displayed.
2 Use MULTI-CONTROL to store the selected
frequency in memory. Turn to change the preset number. Press and hold to store. You can also store the frequency in memory
by pushing and holding MULTI-CONTROL right.
3 Use MULTI-CONTROL to select the desired
station. Turn to change the station. Press to select.
You can also change the station by pushing MULTI-CONTROL up or down.
To return to the ordinary display, press BAND/ESC or LIST.
