what bluetooth chip is in your laptop does it support A2DP or HSP profiles chck the make and then try to find original drivers for it then you check for your headset supported profile for bluetooth if there is mismatch then let me know

In order to use this headset, your built-in Bluetooth in your PC needs
the hands free profile, audio and A2DP profile. If it does, all you
need to do is hold in the power button on the headset until you see the
light on the headset flashing red/blue, red/blue. If it doesn't you'll
need to load it onto your computer. Once the headset is
flashing red/blue your computer should find it.
What kind of bluetooth adapter does your computer have installed? Is it a USB bluetooth adapter? Is it a card inside the computer? Is it a laptop PC with bluetooth?
