Facebook may disable your account for several reasons; some are to protect you, and some are to protect others from you.

Facebook states in the philosophy section on their Safety Center, "In reviewing reports of abusive content, we remove anything that violates the Facebook Terms or Community Standards."

Posting inappropriate content, harassing other members and going against safety rules are all causes for having your account temporarily restricted.

It is important to know the rules and responsibilities Facebook users must agree to follow.

If you are found in violation of them, then your account may be permanently disabled. Inappropriate Content

Facebook has strict rules when it comes to posting inappropriate content on the site.

According to Facebook\'s statement of Rights and Responsibilities, "Posting any obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit photos, as well as any photos that depict graphic violence will have your account disabled."

For committing acts such as these, your account may be disabled instantly.

Harassment

Users who harass other Facebook members risk being disabled.

Repeatedly sending messages to a user or posting embarrassing and or offensive material to a user\'s profile all constitute harassment.

In Facebook\'s Safety Center, the company says, "We take privacy very seriously.

We work with law enforcement where appropriate and to the extent required by law to ensure the safety of the people who use Facebook."

Facebook strives to stop these situations before they escalate by giving users the ability to report abusive content when it happens.

Safety Reasons

Facebook encourages all users to report possible crimes of phishing or hacking scams to the site.

If a friend of yours flags a post as a possible scam, or someone poses as you on the site, Facebook may choose to temporarily disable your account for your own protection while it investigates the situation.

Restore Facebook Account

In order to re-activate your Facebook account, you will have to complete a few steps.

When you log into your account, Facebook will send a re-activation link to the email you signed up with.

Go to your email and click the link.

You will then have to enter a new email address in order to access your account.

If you believe that your account was disabled by mistake or due to a misunderstanding, you can report this issue to the Facebook help center in an attempt to get this process reversed.

Can't login to my FB account

It's possible that you need "second factor authentication" in order to log back on. When you try to log on does FB indicate that you need to enter a code? Facebook either sent that code to your mobile phone or sent an email with a 6-digit code that needs to be entered. If you haven't gotten that, try to log on again and when you get that window that asks for a code, look for a "having trouble" button. Hit that and you should then get an email or text message with the code. That should force Facebook to send the code to your email or phone.

FB normally donot response this type of queries. But you may check FAQ on facebook to get your problem solved. This type of issue normally occur when wrongly enterned credentials many more times and in your case you logged from other system. The reason for this verification from facebook that cookie in your home system recognize you when you loggedin FB but when you logged in from other system no verification is possible, b./c of no cookie. FB just ask for verification if you are one who is authorized to use your account. You can get security code from your email account which you have given to FB during registration.

- Use password reset option by answering secret code

I need help getting my facebook account back it was disabled

Send an email to disabled@facebook.com and ask them what you did wrong if you don't know. If you do know, explain to them you are willing to take down any violating content and ask them to reactivate your account. You might also want to CC in your email info@fb.com and appeals@fb.com

You can normally get your account back this way in less than one week.

If your account was disbaled logging back in you should enable it again. If you mean that you are unable to log in then you will have to see what the issue is.

1) If you can't log in then request a password change email that should do the trick if not then

2) If it tells you your email is invalid then you may have a case for submitting a report with TrustE as if you can't access your privacy settings FB is in violation of it's own privacy policy.

3) Make sure your account wasn't hacked pished or had a virus and thus was sending spam which would mean fb would disable it.

If you just mean you have been kicked out you high school network then just rejoin...
