F1471 vi Miele freezer showing fault code 01 21 _F

From a previous post for a different Miele freezer: "I emailed Miele and this is what they reply: Thank you for your interest in Miele products. That message is a ice fault. If the ice has stopped production, please turn the toggle switch off under the electronic touch panel. To find this please reference the owners manual on pages 7 and 9. I have included the owners manual in case yours is missing. If your machine still produces ice fine just shake the cubes around making sure none are built up along the back wall of the ice drawer. If this continues please contact our service department. Please reference incident number 2698767 should you need to call in. For more detailed information, please visit our web site at or to speak with one of our representative call 800-999-1360." Haven't tried yet, but will post again if it didn't work, otherwise should be the answer"

I have a Norge 3H9TZ-EV stove. The oven & broil elements stopped working suddenly & there are no fault codes. Power to the stove is good, there are no blown fuses and nothing visibly wrong with the...

I had a similar situation happen to my GE Stove. I tested the incoming wires and found power on both. I couldn't find anything wrong either.. What I did find though was that the Circuit breaker itself had "half died", meaning that only one pole of the dual circuit breaker was working. I tried resetting it over and over only to find that it was completely fried. I went to the hardware store and got a new circuit breaker. I first looked for any loose wires on the elements and the burners of the stove that could have provided a ground fault, and after finding none, I installed the new breaker and flipped it on after plugging the oven back into the wall. Voila! everything worked fine! Installing a new breaker can be scary at first. you may want to consult a professional to check the breaker for you. Or if you are comfortable doing it yourself, then go for it. At least you'll know if the breaker is good or not. Once I had the breaker off of the circuit panel I checked it for continuity with a voltmeter and found only one side working. The panel I have allows you to just "pull" the breaker straight off of the panel. Some are screwed in, some are popped in, it just depends on the manufacturer. So, based on my experience, that is what I would do. Perhaps it's the wall outlet, but I doubt it. If you want to check that, use a voltmeter to check each incoming wire for proper voltage. Some symptoms I had with my oven were the panel would be on and would "click" like it was turning on the oven, but nothing would happen. Or the Burners would work, but only heat up halfway. The Broiler wouldn't even come on at all. Let us know how it goes!

Where is the defrost timer on a Frigidaire #FFU1461FWO

If it has a digital setting display unit it will usually be an integral part of that. If it's not defrosting properly it could be a probe fault or heater fault, not necessarily timer.

The freezer is fully defrosted and will not resume a cold temp.

find thermostat. if open its bad, set to max cold and see if it comes on. if it doesn't gently tap it ,if it comes on its bad and sticking open. replace it. if the compressor doesn't run with stat bypassed the compressor or start components are bad. re[plce start components and if still no run the compressor is bad. usually not worth expense of new parts.if compressor is at fault. good luck.

I require a wiring dia for kelvinator N395BGWH no frost model

What is the fault you are trying to eliminate? There is a possibility that the fault is other than in the wiring. Check on the back of the unit as wiring diagrams are sometimes attached to the back wall of the refrigerator.

only reason refrigerent may be needed is that there is a leak so adding more will achieve nothing. unlikely to be needed. i assume compressor is running. probable causes of no cooling are compressor fault or a blockage in the pipe sysyem. not diy
