There must be a bad connection between the iPad an the wireless connection. Try setting up the printer again on the WiFi. Check where the printer plugs in to the wall. If it still won't print call your internet provider or support about it.

So how you try to make Facebook load do you have the app or are you trying to load it on the internet? Regardless, one of the first things I would do is restart your iPad by holding down the off button. Then try again. If you have the app and the problem persists then I would suggest seeing if you can update the app. If you are trying to load it on the Internet and the problem is still persisting after reloading you iPad, then I would first, check your internet connection and close out of all your apps then try again. it is possible,just because you are connected wirelessly,doesn't mean that you are connected to the internet,you ARE ONLY CONNECTED TO YOUR MODEM,unplug your modem from the internet and power for 30 seconds then plug in the internet wire then power and let it reboot,then see how the connection is.if you have more things connected to the modem,either wirelessly(like laptop) or wired(like xbox or tv),they will use your bandwidth which will cause connection errors on a tablet

This tablet does t reset with the power button unlike other Android devices. When you hold down the on/off switch, it only drains the battery. If you see the color indicator still charging, allow a full charge.Then, only stay put and pulse the button for a moment quick and let it rest few seconds to try again and again. Only when u see a light coming out of the screen, and I recommend you do this with the power cord on, you hold the power switch down until the rebooting is iniciated. Let go til it is finish and see where the problem is. More likely, like mine, the Settings stop working and needs tune up for the CPU. Never leave an application running when closing your system. With or without internet connection.

The issue in your case it is the internet connection itself ..either the wireless network you used it is not working anymore or not on (if you use a router ) ..or simply you reset the tablet and you need to make the connection again ..Just open the internet connections ..(wireless card 0 ..and select to scan for networks ...and when you find your network ..select ti ..and than click connect ..This should connect it right the way ..
Also check if your internet network may need your mac address for to let you connect ..(this happens on the networks having the access restricted by the Mac address..)
to get it follow these :

1. Click on Settings.
2. Click on Wireless & Networks.
3. Click on Wi-Fi Settings.
4. Click the MENU button, located on the side of the unit.
5. Click on "Advanced".
6. Your MAC address will appear in the Advance Menu ..

same way to get to the connection for to activate just open wifi connections ..

That won't do you any good unless you're connected to a private network with an IP addressing scheme setup that starts with 192.168.1. 192.168.1.3 would be on a private network and is not a webserver you'd find on the Internet. Do you know whether or not you have a proxy server setup at the location you're trying to use WiFi? 192.168.1.3:8080 seems like it would be the address of a proxy.
