This may be due to a faulty battery. Try plugging the phone into the wall charger, and see if the blank screen goes away while plugged in. If it does, then it is a faulty battery, and you need a new one.
If it doesn't, try to do a factory reset through the desktop manager.

try hard reset, the easiest way to do this is to remove the batter for 1-2 minutes and restart the phone, you will see a sandbox in the center of your screen. wait till it disappears and fully restarted. hope it works for you as it works for me.
If you get the password wrong after 10 tries, it should perform a factory reset; however, you will lose what ever you had saved on it (notes, 3rd party software, etc.). If you regularly backup the phone, it shouldn't be an issue.
Go into the help menu, select option tab, scroll down to system settings and select Factory Reset, select yes 2 times (are you sure?) and all memory will be erased
Pressing Reset or changing batteries does not reset Vmigo.
