Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3i Cellular Phone
You will need the Motorola USB driver for your MS OS , ie XP, Vista or WIN 7 and the Motorola Phone Tools SW App loaded on your PC to do this. The phone should have come with a CD with these files. If you don't have the files search the web for a download site. I think Motorola will sell you a genuine CD and cable so check with Moto if that's what you want to do..

yea, you need the software, go to verizon.com to download the needed software for your usb and you shouldnt have any problem, or youll have to send it to an email account or ur pix place from verizon to help you get your pictures

micro sd card has a built in driver on its own, all you have to do is to unlock your phone and connect the cable to your phone and your pc.. press "yes" on your phone questioning you "connect as a storage device" or something like that.. then you can start file transfer from pc to phone and vice versa..
