I have a dr kern sunbeach sunbed - its pretty old and discontinued but I would like a user manual because there is a problem with the motor that makes the top part go up and down so I can get it fixed

Check your power supply rating of the circuit breaker that is feeding the outlet. The safety relay on the sunbed may be triggering because your circuit breaker won't allow enough current to flow to the sunbed. (The safety relay is far faster in actuating that the circuit breaker is to pop when drawing too much power.) Check the owner's manual and it will probably tell you you need a dedicated 16Amp circuit for the sunbed. These means the wiring has to be of proper diameter (gauge thickness) to handle the current. It shuts off and allows the sensor to cool down and then cuts on again... repeatedly. Also check the polarity of the outlet and ensure they match with the plug-in jack. (Often electrician's put the black wire and red wires on wrong poles inside the wall socket.. turn off the circuit breaker for the socket before changing them using an electrician's screwdriver with lamp inside the handle to assure the power is off first, please and make sure the green (ground) wire is connected also.)

It sounds as though your scanner is quite old and had a lot of use - this model is now discontinued. If you get it repaired, it will probably not be worth the expense, and it maybe better to upgrade, maybe with a 7510?

I searched for 'motor pick up error' and it gave a download for firmware

Make sure you use a salon with trained staff. They should have a good knowledge of sunbed safety, timings, skin types etc.

Also make sure that you don't exceed the recommended time on the sunbed.

Protect your eyes from exposure as they can be easily damaged.

magic chef furnaces were discontinued many years ago. Pull the motor and take it to your local motor shop. They will be able to match it. Furnace blower motors are pretty standard fractional horse motors.
