Place you Win8 DVD in the drive. Configure the boot sequence to accept DVD drive first and then allow the laptop to boot from the VD drive.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

hi,

you can format it using a third party software such as.
HP format utility
you can get this free software from the following site...

http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/HP-USB-Disk-Storage-Format-Tool-Download-123786.html

if it didn't work you need to install another software named unlocke, install it and plug in your thumb drive..
right click on it and select unlocker in it select all processes that are currently using the thumb drive and click on unlock all...

then use the hp usb disk fomat tool to format it...
