Are you sure you have placed a memory card? the internal memory is not enough to save several pictures. Are you sure you did not switch the memory card to the lock position?
If you have a new card, did you format the card in the camera?
All causes for your camera to say "out of memory"
You also could check if the contacts of the memory card are clean and shiny. Only clean with a dry cloth if the look dull. Sometimes just a little bit of dust on one of the contacts of the memory card can cause the same trouble.

Will not take pictures camera saying full when memory card is not full also when no memory card is in camera

Your camera is talking about its internal memory. If you want the card to start working, you must get rid of the pics on the internal memory. With no card in the camera, go into the menu and find "format" and follow the on-screen instructions.

Kodak easyshare c613: memory card says its full when there is no pix on it, what happens is: i turn it on, says "memory card full", i go to review, says "no pictures or videos to display on memory card",...

If you connected the camera to the computer with a USB cord to download your pics and then just yanked out the cord without using the "safely remove hardware" icon at the bottom right corner of your screen, the card may have been corrupted. Replace it.

Says this memory card is protected - can't take

Kindly follow the steps below

Remove the memory card from the camera.
Look at the memory card very well, you will see a slide switch on the side edge of the memory.
Move the switch to the unlock position.
Put the memory card back to the camera.
You can then start using it.

Thanks

insert your memory card on your card reader or you can use the camera as the card reader, double click the memory card and on your pc click start, control panel, folder options, click the view tab and click on view hidden files then click ok.. maybe the files on your memory card are hidden...

Camera - Memory Card Error

try formating the memory card on PC and then insert it in the camera and reinitialize.
it will work fine (unless you're using a huge size memory that the camera is not compatible with)

Cant take photos and the LCD screen says "Memory card is locked. Slide lock to 'write' position"

I don't own this camera but My guess is your memory card is in a LOCK SETTING you need to move the memory card to unlocked " wrirte " so you memory card isn't locked.....
Step 1 remove the card from you're camera
Step 2 there is a small little side on the side of the memory chip move that to the unlock position.
step 3 insert the card and start shooting!

Memory card is write protected

Take your memory card out of the camera and switch the position of the little "lock" tab. That should fix it and you can start saving images.

Memory card

this cam will work up to 2gb sd/mmc

what's the capacity of your card? if it's above that, it's really not gonna work with this cam

if your card is 2gb or lower
2 possibilities:
defective card - please try another card
camera memory reading problem - arrange repairs with kodak

Memory "locked up"?

My camera does that too. If you mean that your camera says that there are no images, then all you have to do is start taking pictures all over again. these will show up in the memory. if the computer says that, im not sure what to do. hope this helps
