Question about Nikon COOLPIX Cameras
Are you sure you have placed a memory card? the internal memory is not enough to save several pictures. Are you sure you did not switch the memory card to the lock position?
If you have a new card, did you format the card in the camera?
All causes for your camera to say "out of memory"
You also could check if the contacts of the memory card are clean and shiny. Only clean with a dry cloth if the look dull. Sometimes just a little bit of dust on one of the contacts of the memory card can cause the same trouble.

My camera does that too. If you mean that your camera says that there are no images, then all you have to do is start taking pictures all over again. these will show up in the memory. if the computer says that, im not sure what to do. hope this helps
