Question about Computers & Internet
Is this on a notebook or net book as in my personal experience working for Acer this was caused by position of the hands whilst typing causing the palms to drag across the touchpad which then moved the cursor elsewhere on the line or even the screen, nearly all makes & models have a built in key or button to enable or disable the touchpad maybe it is something you could try to see if it resolves your issue.

SOURCE: A35-S159 keyboard problem
Try this first, Make sure the mouse cursor is further down the page or completely off the page you are typing on. Whith the problems of static electricity or stray energy if you are typing and go past where the mouse cursor is and stray voltage is present then the lightest touch of the glide pad or mouse could be interpreted as a click and your text will begin where the mouse cursor is.

Hey this happened to me too. Then I realized that the number lock was on which makes a combination of letters and numbers. Is it that U makes a 4. I makes 5. O makes 6. J makes 1. M makes 0. K makes 2. And L makes 3. If so hold the Fn button and then F11.
