Question about Microwave Ovens
My microwave emits warm air from the vents and feels warm to the touch when it heats longer than 5 minutes. Is this a sign of malfunction? Is it time to get rid of the thing?
This is normal. However, if you are worried that your microwave is old and may be leaking radiation you may want to replace it, as they are actually under one hundred dollars for the most part; or you can get a little microwave radiation test kit at home depot or lowes for about twenty dollars.
