It doesn't recharge the player battery doesn't show that the player charge statuse doesn't show any change please help me to solve this problem

You have not stated the make/model of the set in question but please make sure that the charging adapter or the circuit is supplying enough charging current to the battery .
So use a multimeter and check the voltage when the charging takes places, check the battery voltage, if there is no charging voltage or the current ( if you use a series test in high range) then the adapter is faulty. If charging voltage and current is present with no charge retaining then the battery is faulty.

Uninterruptible Power Supply Faults

UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY – FAULTS
Batteries in the UPS typically last 3 to 5 years and it depends upon several factors. Including the number of times the unit must go on battery power and environmental conditions. There are usually several batteries in the UPS and while the battery voltage of each battery may show 13 volts when tested with a multi-meter. This is a float voltage and a true indication of the battery voltage and its condition requires each battery to be tested under a load. If one battery is faulty in a set of batteries it will causes the whole battery system to fail and indicate a battery fault.
Also a faulty charging circuit will not charge the batteries and will cause a fault condition warning.

Lower powered and cheaper type UPS are switch over types, when the mains supply fails, the UPS switches over to the battery and inverter in milli-seconds which then supplies mains power to the computer and peripherals. A faulty inverter circuit and or flat batteries won’t deliver standby power when the mains supply fails.

NOTE the power waveform from these UPS is a pseudo sine wave (i.e. not a true sine wave).

The true UPS types are usually the higher KVA units (over 1500 VA) that supply continuous mains power. The mains power is connected to a charger which charges the batteries and the inverter draws power from these batteries and converts it to true sine wave mains power to the computer equipment, therefore there is no switch over time lag when the mains supply fails.

When i boot up, my Compaq CQ20 displays the message that the battery has low storage capacity. Battery time is now down to 15 to 20 minutes at full charge.

If you laptop is more than two years old then it is possible that the battery is faulty as many of the compaq laptops have poor back up battery orr quality retained.
Check the adapter on the PC , check if the adapter charges the battery to full capcity , now if this charge wont lat more than 20 minutes , you might need a new one.
Discharge the battery fully and charge few times as the last resort.

My haier hc-c2030 phone only working with charger without charger phone not working

It is possible that the battery is not charging or retaining the charge while it is charged. So you need to check the voltage on the terminals of the phone to confirm if the contacts are good on the battery. If this is tested to give a good voltage on the battery then the battery is faulty as it fails to charge.

My kodAK m1063 dosnot charge whtat do i do

Check the adapter for the output voltage , if not present the charger is faulty. If present then check the connection to the camera, if the battery warms up after a 12 hour charge then the charger seems to work. But if the charge does not retain then it is possible that the battery is faulty.

Does the red light flash over the battery symbol?
If so the batterries are either faulty or have a low level of charge or the charging circuit is faulty.
