Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Canon IR 8500 Error code E000069-0000

You have a high-voltage leak to the transfer corona. This could be due to several different things, usually it's a dirty corona, maybe excessive dust or toner in the corona assembly. Toner conducts electricity and can leak voltage from the transfer corona to the frame. It may also be the "end-blocks," the thing in the back of the machine into which the transfer corona plugs when you close the drawer and lift up on the green handle. These crack and can cause intermittant failure.
I would start by taking a can of air and thoroughly blowing out the corona assembly and see what that does for you...

Canon IR C-4580 with Fiery controller

No, but the fiery will just speed up your prints etc.. I have the c3380 and c5185, they are stand alone with no fiery. If you are buying this machine for office coping it will be fine. But remember! this is a Buisness Color machine. In my customer base the 80's have done well as long as you run them as an color machine and not the office black and white work hourse. The color prints are great without any help from fiery. Sales people will try to sell you all!!!!

Print out a Fiery config page ....there may be something in the fiery settings on the actual Fiery box, you'd have to reboot and run setup when it prompts you.
