Question about ZEEPAD New 7 Inch Android 2.2 Tablet Pc Wifi 720pvideo Supports External 3g Silver Color Tablet 256mb Ram 2gb Hard Drive Silver Size 7 Inch Screen

Device will not charge

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She opened it brand new on 12/25/2013. It will no longer charge at all. It was charged properly because I charged it myself for six hours the night before Christmas. Won't the a one-year warranty cover it? And how do I start the process?

Yes, all products that you buy have to be "fit for use". The 3 R's apply, repair, replace or refund. Under consumer rights law, they have to do this. Make sure you bring all packaging and receipts with you and speak to the shop manager. If you get no joy (they have to, by law, help you) report it to head office.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Do you have the charging graphic as in this image Nina?

How to Reset Nook HD

If yes, send it back. If not, your charger is faulty. Try charging with a computer USB.

Received as a Christmas gift it has stopped working

Your best bet would be to contact the person you got it from and contact the place they purchased it from.

I am trying to charge a kindle fire for kids, before I give it to my grandchildren as a Christmas gift, nothing is happening when I plug in the charger

Not familiar with this but it should have a light next to the charge port. Yellow needs charging, green charged. If you get nothing try another cord. If still the same contact Amazon. Amazon. com, click on "Your account", choose Your account at top of page. On far right of page find Kindle help home. On left of next page click contact us. Leave a message and ask for phone call. They will call back soon as possible. I'm sorry to say it could be a faulty device but Amazon help desk will have the answers for you.

Azpen A700 tablet. Why won't it charge or turn on?

If your Azpen A700 tablet won't charge or come on, you got no result trying to reset it, you've got only one option: take it back to the shop where you bought it and ask for authorized repair service, to diagnose cause of failure You even may have still option to warranty service.
Problem is that it's a low cost 35$ tablet so repair service might not be worth to pay, looks rather as a disposable device..

Tablet will not come on

You may have to reset it. let if charge for about 24hrs, 10hrs may work fine too and With the device turned off, press and hold the volume down button, and then briefly press the power button. - Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the volume down button. - Press volume down to select clear storage, and then press power. - Press volume up to start the factory reset.
