That depends on which tablet you are using.
If you are using some kind of an Android tablet, it will most likely work. But if you, on the other hand, are using an iPad, Google play are not supported.

It's weird that you could delete it. I believe that You can't install it again. The only way is to restore your tablet setting.

it depends on your tablet, if your tablet is android it has already a google play app installed in it. you can download the apk at this link.
