Freezeris -1 fridge 47 degreeze F

Freezer is -1 fridge is 47

when you say the fridge is 47, is that what it says on the front panel or waht you have measrued in the fridge? if it is what is on the front panel, tap the refridgerator button on the front till it reads 37

I'd check all the venting make sure there is no plastic bags blocking the vents in the freezer and or fridge compartments. for some reason there doesnt seem to be proper airflow.find the fride door switch and hold it in the closed position with the door open and feel for airflow around the fridge vents. If theres none or very lttle you might have a defrost problem. Check for frost on the back wall inside the freezer.

Freezer ok, frig is at 60 degreeze turn up no chage in temp

Clean your coils underneath your fridge and make sure the fan is blowing underneath. Make sure you replace the access panel on back after you are done. Then check your defrost thermostat in the freezer behind the access panel and the defrost heater. If your coils are frozen that would be your problem. When you finish that make sure you set your fridge and freezer back to the factory settings. Rate me if I helped you. Thank you and good luck!

Fridge not getting cold

unplug unit to "reset." pull unit out from wall and blow the coils out on the back of refrigerator. if that does not work- call service man to come check freon level.
