SOURCE: I have aspire one acer
I think I understand what you are trying to do here.
Most computers from ACER have a built in partition on the hard drive that will factory reset everything (including the OS) back to the way it was when you pulled it out of the box. This can be accessed by pressing the correct F12 key when prompted on boot.
If you are attempting to re-install your version of windows for a neat and clean feel, You'll need an ISO copy of your windows 7 DVD/CD, and this program http://wudt.codeplex.com/ This will effectively allow you to boot your computer from a USB flash driveas if it were the windows 7 DVD/CD

The Aspire One is a netbook produced by
Acer; it does not come equipped with a CD ROM drive, so a traditional
hard drive reformat and Windows reinstallation is not possible without a
peripheral storage device. An external USB CD or flash drive will suffice, however.Difficulty:Moderate
