Question about Plantronics Explorer 240 Bluetooth Headset
What does it mean when I put it on charge and its blinking red and I take it off charge and it won't cute on like its not holding a charge? What does this mean? What can I do about it?

The only thing is to check the voltage output by the charger... usually 5 volts. The lights MAY blink even if voltlage is too low.
If it is OK, then battery in the headset has failed. Have the battery replaced or DIY if not under warranty.
The usual cause of this is to continue using batteries under load when one of the cells is totally depleted.
