Power supply is Giving red light. what is the problem behind this?

I think the source voltage is too low or the device to which you are giving supply might be faulty.

Why does the light fladh green and then stay green even though there is no battery in it!?

If you can remove the battery, remove it.. Wait about 30 seconds+ Then place the battery back in and try charging it again. This is a solution that fixes quite a high percentage of battery related issues.
EVEN works with laptops. Hope this helps. So many other issues could be wrong with your phone or source of power.. Good luck.

I was using my Monster Power PowerCenter PC 800 power surge protector. My tv was running off it, Xbox360, and I had an iron plugged in too. All of the sudden it shut everything off and had a high pitch...

You have to open it up. Check for busted fuse, or a burnt
part. Your Power Center PC800 just experienced an overload. It could have blown an internal fuse at the least
and a burnt out part at its worst.

I need to find out where the 3 little plugs go that are connected to the power button theres a blue/white black/white red/white plugs comming from it going to the motherboard

Sometime these connectors from the desktop case front panel have labels indentifing what each connector/plug is for. From your description they could be a reset switch or LED indicators for hard disk or power light etc.
If the plugs are not labeled then trace the wires back to the front panel to identify what they are attached to.
When you connect the LED indicators to the motherboard and it does not light up when they suppose to, then turn the plug around 180 degrees.
The LED are polarity sensitive ie they only light up if the + and - leads are connected to the motherboard correctly.

Thers 4 wires to connect 1 red 1 black 1 white and

Well, if there are no color lights on this strobe effect, a fairly standard color code for AC is Black is HOT White is Neutral, no insulation is ground and Red would power your strobe ( I Think )., I would hate to misinform you. Is this an AC powered strobe? Like when you wire up a ceiling fan you have the same color code. I'm sorry I can't help you further, and messing with live AC can be unsettling.

My tower will not turn on I don't know what could be wrong with it under the power supply it's red. I only had it for a few month's and I tried everything.

does the power supply come on? theres a little switch on the back of the power supply it says 110 or 220. make sure its on 110. Also the red is coming from a light on the power supply or on the boards below the powersupply?
