Question about Frigidaire FGHB2844L
The Ice Maker Compartment fan and duct are freezing / frosting over. Ice is melting in the compartment allowing water to drain out the ice maker port.

try forcing the cycle by manually triggering the cycle a few times. Sometimes you can detach the trip arm or turn the tray by hand by disconnecting it from the gear. There may have been a switch bumped to turn it off or the switch somehow jammed. Maybe check for freeze-up. If there is water in it, it's going somewhere.

The filter does effect somewhat the flow of the water. For some people having problems with ice dispensing it may be as simple as lifting the metal shut off bar up and down. Then check the top of the ice tray to make sure no ice is stuck up there. When you move the metal bar up and down you should see the plastic dispenser that pushes the ice out turning or rotating. Hope this helps.
