hey,

are you sure you need to install anything to move pictures to your computer?

Often you just connect, go to my computer and open the folder 'removable drive'?

Memory full aiptek pencam trio

Hi, i got exactly the same problem with my Aiptek Trio Pencam HD, and i solved it !!! :D
I opened it, you got to remove 6 screws:
2 screws at the bottom, 2 screws on the side, remove the plastic clip, remove the plastic cover over the cam, it is fixed with adhesive, and remove the last 2 screw.
Now open your cam, now you can see the electric circuit of the cam, and on this electric circuit you can see another little circuit with a chip, it is cliped, mine wasn't cliped correctly, try to clip it, and be sure that doesn't move.

How could i make my pencam vga trio works on windows 7 operating system? please help me...

You may not be able to do this, But, I would suggest you goto driversguide.com or drivershq.com to get updated drivers for this cam.. Hope it works..
