Question about Cisco 7940 IP Phone
We have a 7940G phone to fix and we don't have the Cisco equipment to test it on. Is there a way that we can test it on another computer source (such as our own ethernet) or a single line port? We are just trying to repair and test the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
What is the issue you are trying to fix? I do not have any Cisco products other than IP phones and I have been able to fix many "broken" phones.

Heidi the only way you can test this telephone will be on a network that has cisco callmanager software installed.
