The yellow "bangs" which show up in device manager indicate that a device driver has not been installled for these particular devices. You can either install the device driver for the particular devices or, if your computer is connected to the internet, you can right click on the device and choose Update Device Driver.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

www.hp.com

go to support/downloads find your model and operating system and download another wireless
network driver and maybe that will make it work again its certainly worth a try

failing that you may have to replace the wireless adapter they are not very dear on ebay

Wi fi connection

Try to check on the device manager if the wireless adapter and the ethernet adapters were installed properly. If it appears with a questionmark, uninstall it and try reinstalling it without the ethernet cable connected.

If you are using Vista system, after installing the adapters, go to the network connections and just click on tcp/ip then click on properties. Exit from the window by clicking ok until all windows will be closed for the network connections. Reboot your pc and try if you can obtain a connection.

I have EnGenius EUB-362 (EUB362 EXT) not working

Open your device manager again and go down to the bottom where the USB controllers are. Click on the plus sign and right click on the "standard enhanced pci to usb host contoller" Click on disable. Reboot and when you do you may have to unplug the EUB 362 EXt and plug it back in. You should then see the grey bars in the lower right of your screen where the two monitors are. Then click "Start" and then "Connect To" and your available networks screen should pop up. Double click on the network you want to connect to and away you go.
