### Math Problem Help?

2 feet 8 inches is is 32 inches.

4,500 x 32 is 144,000 inches

divide it by 12 to to bring it back to feet. The answer is 12,000.

When working in feet, which have 12 inches, it is easier to bring to a single figure rather than using fractions. This is the benefit of the Metric system as everything is based on 10s and hundreds and thousands. Millimeters, Centimeters and Metres.

### Hiw many miles is 6710 steps

An average stride is 30 inches. Let's say yours is 10% greater than that, or 33 inches.

A mile is 5280 feet, or 63360 inches. You have walked 6710 * 33 inches or 221430 inches. 221430/63360 is 3.49 or about 3.5 miles.

### Error 20 on Q47 Octane Eliptical

Sounds like it needs to be fixed. It will need a new left motor and cord most likely, less likely a lower board.

### What is the formula to figure out the pace

(I got this from http://www.livestrong.com/article/93695-set-up-omron-pedometer/)
Step 1

Pace out an area that's long enough for you to take 10 normal steps, in your natural stride, without having to turn to one side or the other. Place a piece of tape at one end of this distance, then stand with your toes flush with the edge of the tape.
Step 2

Carry another piece of tape with you as you walk straight ahead, taking 10 steps (5 with your left foot, 5 with the right). Stop at the end of the tenth step and place the tape flush with the toes of your leading foot.
Step 3

Measure the distance from one piece of tape to the other, in inches, with a measuring tape. Divide this distance by 10 to get your average stride length. If, for example, you walked 290 inches in 10 strides, your average stride length will be 290 / 10 = 29 inches.

### How do i set the stride for the sportline 2007 model 4202

5. Press MODE button to reach the MILE MODE.

6. In MILE MODE, press the SET button. The display will show previous stride input in Inches or CM and start to flash. You will now have five seconds to start changing your stride length. If you do not adjust your stride length during these

5 seconds, you will have to start step 3 over again.

7. To change your stride length while the display is flashing, press the RESET button. Each press of the RESET button will increase the input by either 1 inch or 2 cm depending on which mode you are in. If you hold the RESET button, the numbers will

increase continuously. Release when the display shows the Stride Length for you.
8. Once you have entered your stride length properly, wait 5 seconds - the display will flash and reset the memory - and the display will return to MILE MODE.
